Prayers of Late Egyptian Qari Musallam before Starting Recitation
TEHRAN (IQNA) – A video has been recently republished on social media which shows the prayers of late Egyptian qari Shaikh Antar Saeed Musallam before starting a Quran recitation session.
Musallam was born on November 17, 1936, in Kotoor, Gharbia Governorate.
Musallam managed to commit the whole Quran to his memory when he was 8. The qari passes away in September 2002.
His biography has been written by Egyptian journalist Tayeh el-Dib and published in 2020.
