Mashhad to Host Int’l Quran Contest for Women
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The 4th edition of the international Quran competition for women will be held in Iran’s northeastern holy city of Mashhad.
It will be organized in April along with Iran’s 37th International Holy Quran Competition.
The holy mausoleum of Imam Reza (AS) and the Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi are going to host the contest.
It will open on April 10 and run until April 14.
It is not clear yet how many countries will attend the international Quranic event.
The previous editions of the contest were organized in Tehran.
