Egypt’s Representative Recites Quran at Iran Int’l Quran Contest
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Egyptian visually-impaired Quran memorizer Hamad al-Saeed Abdul Ghani al-Qamiri recited verses from the Quran on the first day of Iran’s 35th International Quran Competition Friday.
He is taking part in the contest’s section for the visually-impaired.
The international Quranic event is underway at the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall) in Tehran with the participation of 84 countries.
